• This machine is manufactured entirely from stainless steel and engineering plastics, which comply with the food and beverage industry requirements.
• Easy to use control panel with variable capping speed control to suit optimum capping rate.
• Infeed scroll to feed starwheel (Bottle change parts).
• Easy to remove bottle change parts (One set of bottle change parts per bottle size).
• Cap unscrambler with chute and capping head or foil punch cabinet with chute and capping head (One cap size per machine).
• Adjustable screw/sealing section with bottle table and adjustable magnet screwdrivers or sealing elements
• Anti-rotate knifes to help bottle of turning while cap is torque onto bottle with adjustable magnet screwdriver. (Optional)
• Mid-section bottle conveyor.
• Main drive with gears.
• Drip tray around machine base. (For hygienic purposes)
• Low maintenance.

• Capper is mounted on own base and can be fit over existing bottle conveyor.
• Adjustable pneumatic gating system (No bottle change parts needed).
• Cap unscrambler with chute and capping head (One cap size per unscrambler).
• Adjustable pick & place screw section with adjustable magnet screw drivers (Removable cap inserts).
• Pneumatic operated anti-rotate grippers to help bottle of turning while cap is torque onto bottle with adjustable magnet screwdriver.
• Easy to use control panel with bottle sensor control.
