Basic Requirements for all our Fillers:
• Compressed Air: 110 lt/min at 6 Bar.
• Power supply: 3-phase 380 Volt at 50/60Hz (4 kW)
• Product supply: NW50 Pipe (50mm)
OPTIONAL EXTRAS FOR FILLER/CAPPER:
• Safety guarding around machine
• Cap elevator to supply and control unscrambler with caps.
• Additional sets of bottle change parts.
• CIP unit with spray balls, pump and water heating unit.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS DOWN STREAM:
• Additional bottle conveyors.
• High speed self-adhesive labeller
• Packing table with drive motor for conveyors
• Spray tunnel to rinse bottle on outside after filling. |
